What is an affiliate program?

An affiliate program is a mutually beneficial partnership between a merchant (i.e. Vegas Regal Casino) and an advertiser. As an advertiser you receive payment in the form of shared revenue for your work in marketing the merchant’s property. In other words, an affiliate program allows you to receive a percentage of the merchant’s revenue or profit.
Vegas Regal Casino has created the Regal Affiliate program to reward individuals and/or companies that promote the casino. As an affiliate you can promote our casino via any possible media but the web still remains the most popular and common channel for marketing. For your service, we will pay a commission (percentage) of the revenue earned for each player you refer to our casino.
As an affiliate you must become familiar with the gaming industry term for profit which is "Adjusted Net Win", often abbreviated as "ANW". ANW is very simple to keep track of. It is a player's deposits minus their withdrawals and chargebacks. Your commission percentage is based on the ANW.

How does an affiliate program work?

First thing you must do is register and create an account at Regal Affiliates site, free of charge. You will receive a tracking code that will identify any visitor that comes from your site to our casino. You can place this tracking code to your links and banners on your site. When a player comes to our casino via one of your links, you will automatically be set as this player’s affiliate or referrer. You will receive life-long revenue commissions for each player you bring to our casino.
Your commission is based on the casino gross revenue for each player you refer. There is no restriction as to how much you can earn. The more your referred players deposit and play at the casino, the more profit you will earn.
Additionally, you can earn more profit by referring other affiliates to the Regal Affiliate Program.

Technical

Where do I find my tracking code?

Partners of Regal Affiliate Program can create more than one affiliate code or ID. Other affiliate programs only provide you with one ID which makes it difficult to track different campaigns. Once you create a Regal affiliate account, you will be able to create your own tracking codes so you can keep precise track of each banner or link you have on your website. This enhances your capacity to analyze which campaigns work best and therefore improve your ability to produce the highest revenue possible.
Although this may sound confusing at first we promise you it is extremely easy. We will provide you with marketing material such as banners that will have your ID or tracking code. Placing these banners on your site is as simple as copy/paste of the HTML code that we provide to you.
As each banner has its own tracking code, you will be able to create detailed reports to check on banner performance. It will be easy for you to see which banners are working better than others.
However, if you prefer to have only one ID or tracking code for your entire campaigns, that is possible too. Commissions and revenue will be recorded properly as well. However, we highly recommend using different banners with different tracking codes so you can keep track of the performance of each banner.

Where do I get the banners?

Regal Affiliates does all the work for you. When you log into your affiliate account you will find all the banners, text links and marketing material you’ll need to promote Vegas Regal Casino. Adding a banner to your site takes only a matter of minutes.

How do you track the players I send you?

Very simple. Our Affiliate Program software tracks every player that comes from your site to our casino. When the player downloads our casino, his or her account will be tagged as being referred by you. Every visitor to your site that downloads our casino via one of your banners or links will forever be considered as your referred player. You earn lifelong commissions from each and single player you bring to us. You’ll be able to keep track of your players from your affiliate interface when you log in into your affiliate account.
An affiliate partnership is a highly profitable business for both the affiliate and the casino. We will share all the revenue your players produce, so it’s a win-win situation!

How often are my statistics updated?

Your affiliate interface will be updated in real-time as each transaction within the casino occurs. However, due to occasional routine maintenance, new data may not be reflected in your stats and reports for up to an hour.

Do I need a website to be an affiliate?

The most efficient way to promote our casino is via a website. Offline advertising is allowed and some of our affiliates are able to bring in many players that way. However, keeping track of your referred players is more complicated this way and some of your players may not be detected and tracked accordingly.
We use tracking codes (also known as affiliate ID’s) that are attached to your banners displayed on your site. When you advertise offline there are other ways to track your players but less accurately. We cannot guarantee every player you refer offline will be tracked by our offline tracking methods.

Is my site appropriate for Vegas Regal Affiliates?

Regal Affiliates will create partnerships with owners of all sorts of websites. The most common and effective website is called a gambling portal. However, other types of sites work very well too. The best way to find out whether your site is appropriate is to sign-up for an account. We will do a routine check to your website(s) before approving your application. You will only need to create ONE account with Regal Affiliates. From this account you can manage different campaigns with different banners. As an affiliate to Vegas Regal, you are only allowed to have one account.

How do I check my commissions and progress?

You may log into your account via our main page: regalaffiliates.com. Once logged in you will be able to check stats and create reports for your campaigns. Reports can be made for particular time periods so you can compare your current earnings to previous months/years. Back To Top

Do negative balances carry over to the next month?

Absolutely not. If the current month has produced a negative balance for you (meaning high cashouts or chargeback by your players), we will not carry this negative balance to the next month. The new month will start at zero.

What happens in the event of a chargeback?

A chargeback occurs when a customer files a complaint to his or her bank for having an unauthorized charge on his or her credit card. If the bank finds the claim justifiable, they will return the amount of the purchase to the customer. Our Security and Finance department take every measure to prevent customers from abusing from this system. Unfortunately, some players are able to take advantage of this system and this will reflect negatively on the casino revenue and on your commission.
We will dispute with the bank every chargeback when we consider that the customer has abused of this system.

What do I do if one of your affiliates is spamming me?

Report it immediately by contacting manager@regalaffiliates.com. If we determine that the affiliate has been spamming, we will breach their agreement with us. We will analyze each complaint on a case-by-case basis, but upon finding the affiliate in fault we will, in most cases, terminate the partnership with the affiliate.
